Vancouver Preschool Programs
Vancouver’s preschool programs are some of the best in the country, so you’ll have no trouble finding one for your children. Today I’m going to share with you some of the best Vancouver preschool programs, which will help to set your child up for a life of learning from a young age.
Little People Preschool
Little People Preschool is one of my top recommendations for Vancouver preschool programs, as they offer an open and welcoming environment for young children. They aim to make everyone who steps into their building more confident and encourage children to work towards becoming global citizens. Kindness and consideration are always encouraged here in each of their hands-on learning experiences. They inspire self-awareness, inquisitiveness, and fitness, and they believe children learn best through play. As a parent, you’ll be part of a team with their teacher to ensure someone is always there to support your child during this crucial stage of their life.

St. Giles Preschool
St. Giles Preschool is one of the most established Vancouver preschool programs and has been welcoming kids and moms since 1948. They offer a safe and nurturing environment, where you’ll feel happy leaving your child while you head off to work for the day. This preschool offers great flexibility for working parents, so you’ll find that there are many options regarding the hours your child spends here. The dedication of the teachers here is second to none, and I appreciated the well-equipped classrooms and outdoor facilities. Parents can also enjoy spending time in the classroom with their kids, which is a fun way to see how your child is developing at school.
Kids Care Preschool
Another of the top Vancouver preschool programs is Kids Care Preschool. They offer programs for children between the ages of three and five. Each of the classes focuses on your child’s social, emotional, and intellectual growth. You’ll find that all of the staff here are qualified Early Childhood educators, so you can be sure you are in good hands leaving your child here for the day. Classes run between September and June each year, so it’s a good option for parents looking for somewhere they can use while they are working most of the time. On top of that, it’s operated by South Vancouver Family Place, which provides further programs for babies and young children across the city.

Tom Thumb Preschool
If you are looking for a school that offers a student-led environment, I highly recommend checking out Tom Thumb Preschool. It allows teachers and children to work together to create a stimulating and enjoyable learning environment. Parents love being part of the community here, making it one of the more welcoming Vancouver preschool programs in the area. You’ll find that your children soon learn through play, and the distinct family feeling here is something that sets them apart from other preschools in the area.
Any of these Vancouver preschool programs will be ideal for your little one this year. Make sure you take the time to compare the options on offer and the learning styles they use so that you can find somewhere your child will grow and thrive before heading to school.
