Kelly was such a joy to work with! She is the perfect balance of professional and personable
Our sunset photoshoot was a lovely experience, and I was pleasantly surprised by how engaged and at ease our three young kids were.

Working with Kelly was an incredible experience
She is knowledgable, warm, and able to capture seasons of a busy young family that will likely become a blur in the years to come.

Kelly was an absolute joy to work with!
Even though the session felt like a whirlwind and even a bit chaotic due to our toddler’s boundless energy, Kelly managed to capture some beautiful photos for our family and we couldn’t be happier!
I should add that the photo album that Kelly made for us was luxury at your fingertips - beautiful and well made.

Kelly is the most amazing photographer
She captured my vision better than I could imagine. Every time I see our beautiful artwork hanging on our walls I smile.
You want to find the perfect photographer for your family - one that will make your kids comfortable and capture all those expressions and moments that make your heart burst, without the frustration and stress usually associated with a photo shoot.
I help take care of every detail from helping select outfits, to directing you so your family doesn't feel awkward, and assisting in selecting the images that make your heart the happiest. My goal is to give you the stunning images you want of all your favourite parts of your beautiful life, make them into gorgeous artwork so you can enjoy them daily, and make it a fun and stress-free experience for the whole family!
Your family is your world. This season of growing your baby and waiting to meet them is such a joy, and there's nothing better than experiencing that joy every time you walk into your living room. This is why all my clients leave with high-quality heirloom artwork - so they can hang their favourite images around their home and relive their favourite moments every day.
Yes I do! Traditional payments are a 50% initial payment to hold your spot on my calendar, and the remainder due 24 hours prior to our session. But, if it's easier for you, I can split payments in three or four equal parts. Just let me know what you prefer, and we can make it work!
I would absolutely love to capture multiple seasons of life for your family! I offer both Bump to Baby and Baby's First year packages so you can capture every step of this life-changing season!
I absolutely do! In fact, all my packages include a pre-session consultation to chat about styling and wardrobe, as well as access to my client closet! During this consultation, we can pick a dress for you to wear and I'll help you find inspiration for every one else in the family so you don't have to stress about what every one will wear!
I do! Your photos are like personalized art. Their purpose is to bee seen, enjoyed, passed down and reminisced over. My packages are designed to ensure you leave your session with something to display, and something to hand down to your kids, so one day they can show their children and tell them all about your amazing memories. You can also always add additional artwork, cards, gift books and digital images to your package as well!
Travelling is my first love, and I'm thrilled to do it for your session! Whether it's the Island, the Okanagan, or even further afield, I want to be there to capture your day. However, for locations more than 2 hours outside Vancouver there will be a travel and lodging fee if applicable.
Babies are fragile, and I totally understand that you might be concerned about your child's safety. Because my style is unposed, I don't wrap or pose baby in any way that might be dangerous to them. In fact, during our sessions, I may give you a hand with a nice tight swaddle, but generally I touch baby as little as possible. I let you and your partner snuggle your little one, ask you to lay them on the bed or in the position I'm looking for. I also never enter a home if I'm unwell. Your little ones immune system is still developing, and it's better to delay our session than risk passing along a cold.
Back in May, The Provincial Health Officer gave the go ahead for photographers and other professionals to enter their clients homes. At this point, our restrictions are for social gatherings and businesses, even those that go into their clients' homes, are allowed to operate. Of course, it's my first priority that you, your family, and particularly your baby, stay healthy. Because of this, all sessions are postponed if either you, someone in your family, I or someone in my family shows any signs of sickness. On top of this, I'm taking extra precautions to make sure you and your family are safe. I wash my hands upon entering all my clients homes; I wear a mask to all my in-home sessions; I wash all swaddles and newborn outfits in my clients closet prior to and after each new session should you choose to use these; I do not touch baby unless I absolutely must, but ask you or your partner to swaddle and place baby. If you still aren't sure you're comfortable with an in-home session during this pandemic, I do offer outdoor lifestyle newborn sessions as well!
