I had such a blast at this Langley maternity photography session with Mark, Michelle and A as they wait for baby girl number 2 to join their family this August! Michelle had contacted me during COVID in hopes that our session would be possible by the time July rolled around, and I’m so glad it was! They are such a fun, laid-back family, and I truly enjoyed our time together as we captured this next adventure for their family!

At three-years-old, big sister A was no end of entertainment during our session, and she definitely ran the show. Of course we chose a gorgeous location in a field of tall grass, filled with wildflowers, Aldergrove Regional Park. As most three-year-old girls would, she made picking as many flowers as she possibly could her goal for our session. And she did quite well.

We, of course, made sure we got plenty of baby bump photos during our Langley Maternity photography session, but this session really was just a celebration of this growing family and the exciting season ahead of them. Whenever little A decided she wanted to stop picking flowers and get in front of the camera, we followed her lead. As a result, we got so many adorable images of her and mom, loving on each other and little baby.

This family was so fun and just so sweet! Their love and close connection was so evident throughout our Langley maternity photography session. With Baby Girl number 2 due to arrive at the beginning of August, I’m personally counting down the days until I get to see this awesome family again, and celebrate with them as they welcome their fourth member!
