Who is a Rowena’s Inn on the River Wedding for?

Well, it’s really for any bride looking for a unique and stunning location. But, I think this location would best suit a bride with a vintage vibe who loves history and charm. It would also be perfect for the bride who wants her wedding day to feel like a getaway, as there are plenty of rooms for guests to stay. It is also a great option for a bride who wants to incorporate nature and natural elements into her wedding and wants an outdoor ceremony. If you’re a bride looking for all three, you may have just hit the jackpot.

What’s the wedding venue like?

The venue is a resort dripping with timeless elegance. An old English manor, situated on an 160 acre property, it also boasts of a waterfront location on the river, as well as beautiful mountain views. Located in Harrison Mills, it’s only a couple hours outside of Vancouver. Their own website describes it best “Gatsby-esque glamour, manicured gardens, meandering creeks, and crystal-clear ponds create an ideal setting for a fairytale wedding.”

Rental of the Inn include use of the day-room available for the bride and a cabin is reserved for the groom at 1pm for getting ready as well as a gorgeous ceremony location with beautiful river views. You’ll also have use of Rowena’s Inn on the River and the surrounding lawns and gardens with gorgeous scenery. The Inn also provides function space rental and set-up including chairs, tables, linens, and table settings and the use of a limo golf cart to facilitate post-ceremony photographs.

How many guests does Rowena’s Inn on the River accomodate?

Whether you’re looking for an intimate elopement or are planning on inviting 150 of your closest friends and family, Rowena’s Inn on the River can accommodate your guests. For smaller soirees, they have an intimate dining room with room for up to 20 guests. They also have a poolside or tent option for weddings with 50 guests. 50 to 75 guests can fit in the main house event area for a cocktail style reception, or up to 150 guests can fit under the outdoor tent.

How much does a Wedding cost here?

Pricing ranges greatly depending on the amount of guests and space you are using. During peak season, a couple can expect to spend up to $17,300 if they are expecting up to 150 guests.
