With West Coast Sitters, the process starts with an application. You are going to spend some time telling this agency everything you are looking for from your nanny. From your family size and schedule to your daily routine, they are going to get to the bottom of what your ideal candidate will look like. Then, they will get to work. They spend 2-6 weeks searching through their candidates so they can find the ones they are positive you will adore. You will receive the profiles of 2-3 candidates. You will get to conduct interviews and then set up a trial period lasting for around 4 hours. By this time, you are going to feel confident that you have the best person for the job!
