You will work one-on-one with people who want to make sure you have childcare that is right for you! When the team is not working with parents, they are recruiting high-quality candidates with years of previous childcare experience. Services
Nooks and Nannies will help you find full-time, live-out nannies. The entire process will take 2-8 weeks. To begin, you will pay a one-time registration fee and tell them all about what you are looking for in a nanny. They want to know all about your wonderful family so they can help you find the candidate that is perfect for you! They know how to take all this information and use it to recruit your ideal candidate.
They are going to keep you involved every step of the way, whether they are showing you the interview notes or the reference check information. You will get a copy of all the profiles and choose the nannies that you would like to interview. If you would like, you can have a few paid training days so you can be sure they are right for you. From there, they are going to help you draft up all the paperwork so you can complete the employment process!
