At Kindred Brand Imagery, my goal is to make your entire brand shoot experience relaxed, strategic, and empowering—from the first call to the final delivery of your images.

Here’s exactly what happens—so you can feel ready, excited, and completely at ease.

Step 1 — Discovery Call & Booking

Once you inquire, we’ll hop on a free 15-minute discovery call to chat about:

• Your brand goals
• How you’ll be using your images (website, IG, sales pages, etc.)
• What you’re struggling with right now visually
• Whether this shoot is the right fit

From there, I’ll send over a custom quote and agreement. Once you’re officially booked—celebrate! Your visuals are about to get a major upgrade.

Step 2 — Pre-Shoot Planning & Creative Direction

This is where the magic starts. We’ll collaborate on:

• A creative direction that aligns with your brand personality and audience
• Shot list planning to ensure we capture everything you need (and nothing you don’t)
• Location scouting (I’ll help you decide between in-home, rental, or lifestyle spaces)
• Wardrobe and prop guidance so you look and feel aligned

You’ll also receive a Brand Shoot Planning Guide with checklists, outfit prompts, and confidence-boosting tips to help you prep with ease.

Step 3 — Shoot Day (Relax, I’ve Got You)

When shoot day arrives, you don’t need to worry about what to do or how to pose. I’ll guide you every step of the way—with gentle direction and natural prompts that keep things relaxed and fun.

What happens during the shoot:

• I’ll walk you through each setup, shot list, and outfit change
• We’ll capture a mix of headshots, lifestyle imagery, detail shots, and behind-the-scenes
• You’ll leave feeling more confident than you expected (promise)

Step 4 — Image Delivery & Next Steps

Within 2–3 weeks, you’ll receive a curated online gallery of fully edited, high-resolution images, with full commercial usage rights.
